What care do I have to provide to my hardwood product?
Our products are treated with wood polish wax and mineral oil. This soaks into the wood providing a lasting protection. It also enhances the grain patterns in the wood.
If I have a custom idea, how does that process work?
What type of files can I upload?
By going to the contact page you can send us a message with your idea or wish. Simply fill out the form and I will personally contact you at my earliest convenience.
How long before my item ships?
Most items will ship in 3 business days. Although some items require longer on a case-by-case basis.
We can customize your product using JPEG, PDF, GIF, and SVG files.

What is the return policy?
All items purchased have a 90 day return. If there is a manufacturing issue the item will be replaced free of charge.
